If a typical relationship is called Dyade (two people), a triad is a polyamorous relationship consisting of three people. Think of it as a subset of polyamory. But not all triads are equal. Miller tells us that triads can take different forms: “The three members of the Triad may be related, or a member may be the linchpin of a relationship V.” A V-relationship (such as form) means that a person (the pivot) is in a relationship with two people, and these two people, although they are consensive, are not related to each other. The case findings show that the behavioural norms defined in a social contract are important conditions for the establishment and subsequent management of a formal contract. Second, this study shows that outsourcing basic services in a service triangle is accompanied by a combination of performance and behavioral conditions, covering a range of themes related to the customer experience and buyer-supplier aspects, which help balance the interests of buyers, suppliers and customers. The main results are presented in a cause-and-effect model and formulated in the form of sentences. It was derived from the late 1800s to the early 1900s and developed over time to form group interactions in the present. Simmel also suspected between the dyads and the triads, and how they can differentiate themselves. A dyad is a group of two people interacting, while a triad is another person that is added to create more communication interactions. For example: Adding an additional person to create a triad can result in different language barriers, a personal connection and a general impression of the third person. In this study, we use the agency`s theory, not only because it focuses on the contract for a relationship (Eisenhardt, 1989), but also because it offers a useful lens for studying relational problems in service triads (z.B Zhang et al., 2015).
A case study has been conducted several times, which allows us to contribute to theory and practice in three important ways. First, by examining the role of both ex ante contract management practices and ex post contract management practices, we establish that the standards of behaviour defined in a social contract are important conditions for formal contract development and contract management.
